  • Initiated and conducted the first ever mapping of handloom clusters for enumerating yarn usage and counts. Trained handloom weavers and cooperative societies in imbibing new designs through cross-regional interactions and visits for the weavers; marketing skills and new interventions in e-commerce.

  • Implemented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) within 20 months,        on open source platform to seamlessly connect the entire business chain – from weavers, yarn supplies and markets.
